Relax-and-Revive - Are you stressed to the max? Let me help you relax, rejuvenate and refresh by giving you a wonderful full body massage. It will usually last approximately 45 minutes to one hour. Consists of the full body (except the genitals and breast tissue). Very relaxing, stress relieving and well worth the time. $60.00

30 Minute Stressbuster - Are you stressed but don't have a full hour? If so this service will fit the bill - you can do it during your lunch hour. Usually lasts approximately 30 minutes. Consists of the back half of the body. Good for when you don't have time for a full hour . $30.00.

Hot Stone Massage - The ultimate stress reliever - Imagine relaxing totally in a soothing atmosphere, with heated stones (hot - but not too hot) used to warm and soothe your tired, stressed body. Usually lasts approximately 60 minutes. $80.00

Pregnancy Massage - Your body goes through a lot of changes while pregnant, and more than likely you are uncomfortable - especially during the last trimester of the pregnancy. Let me help you to relax and find some relief from the aches and pains of your pregnancy by getting regular prenatal massage sessions. Usually lasts 60 minutes, and I will allow extra time to discuss exercises to help your birthing process go more smoothly. Chair Massage - If you feel uncomfortable undressing for a massage or only have 15 minutes to get de-stressed this is the massage for you. Fully clothed massage while you sit in a specially designed chair that gives the therapist full access to your back, neck, shoulders and head. $15

On-site Chair Massage is offered at the work place (for 5 or more employees) If you or your employees are stressed and you want to help yourself or them to be relaxed and more productive on the job this is the answer. Usually lasts 12 to 15 minutes. Consists of the back, arms, hands, neck and shoulders. You remain fully clothed, and no oil is used. Chair massage is very good for stress relief on the job, and to introduce you to massage. Pain Relief Services

Headache Relief Session - Great if you are suffering from either an acute or chronic headache. I will incorporate the massage modalities that I feel are necesary to get the job done. Aproximately 30 minutes - $35

You can also add a 10 minute Reiki session at an additional fee (Reiki is wonderful to help relax so this is a very powerful combination if you are having stress headaches. $45

Shoulder pain relief - for those who suffer from a shoulder injury or who has pain in the shoulder joint/scapula area. Approximately 25 minutes $35

Carpal tunnel - (I will work on arms, hands and shoulder areas utilizing specific treatment modalities then teach you stretching exercises to continue the work at home) $40

Low back/sciatica - (30 minutes of deep tissue on gluteal area, and the low back and relaxing massage on mid to upper back/shoudler area as time allows) $40

Non Massage Services

Reiki - Usually lasts approximately 30, can be added to any massage services. For a further description please go to the About Reiki page. $20.00

EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique - A wonderful new technique to free yourself of negative emotions, fears, traumatic memories, guilt, anxiety, anger, resentment, burn-out, frustration, depression, phobias.
