Golden flax seed - grown in
the USA is mypreferred organic filling. Flax seeds excel at retaining
heat or cold, remain durable for the greatest length of time, conform
to the body, and provide a therapeutic weight.
Warming - will relieve nervous
tension, provide relaxation, and will affect the blood vessels,
muscles, and nerves. Warm pillow in a microwave according to directions.
Heat retention is typically 45-60 minutes for large pillows.
Chilling - will increase comfort
when swelling exists. Relieves strains, sprains, and muscle overexertion.
Chill by putting the pillow in a plastic bag and placing in the
freezer.
